By placing an order, you agree to purchase the products listed at the stated prices. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash-on-Delivery. Payment must be received in full before order processing begins.
We deliver across all 47 counties in Kenya. Express 3-hour delivery available in select areas. Standard delivery takes 1-3 business days. Free delivery on orders above KSh 5,000.
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened and in original packaging. Prescription medicines and intimate products are non-returnable. See our our returns policy.
Prescription-only medicines require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare professional. By submitting a prescription, you confirm it is valid and issued to you.
Obwocha's Pharmacy is not liable for indirect damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
